Recycled Redesigned Fashion at Rockwall-Heath High School

Advanced fashion students, at Rockwall-Heath High School, in Mrs. Durst’s class began the year with a team building project to create a recycled redesigned dress.  The only materials allowed were newspaper, plastic utensils, tape and paint.
