Piper Fisk, 10th grader at Rockwall-Heath High School, has won First Runner-up in the National Congressional Art Competition as an Art 1 student. She received a phone call from our Congressman, John Ratcliffe, letting her know that her artwork will hang in his DC office for a full year!
