Evan Cedor, senior at Rockwall High School and four-year member of the Orange Wave band was selected to be a member of the TMEA All State Band. Evan, who plays French horn, won his chair at the Area C audition on Saturday, January 11th at the University of Texas at Tyler. He will team up with Orange Wave Band member, Jon Phelps, another senior Orange Wave Band member, who previously was selected to be the jazz drummer for the All State Symphony Orchestra. The two will travel to San Antonio in February to perform at the TMEA Clinic and Convention.
