This past Saturday, April 23rd, the Honors Band from Williams Middle School competed in the Lone Star Showcase of Music Festival at the University of North Texas. The group earned Superior ratings from each judge, was named “Best In Class” and won the “Outstanding Middle School Band.” Ryan Straten, WMS Band Director said, “I couldn’t be more proud of our students’ well-deserved success.”
