Rockwall ISD celebrated their Board of Trustees in honor of School Board Recognition Month in Texas. The board is celebrated for their crucial role they play in the community and its schools. Throughout January, school districts around the state recognize the countless hours and diligent service that school board members have selflessly devoted to enhancing public education.
At the Tuesday, January 19th Board Meeting, trustees were treated to a special presentation and dinner, cooked and served by Rockwall ISD culinary arts students. The current Rockwall ISD board members are: Linda Mitchell Duran, Stephanie Adams, Russ Childers, Jon Bailey, Chris Cuny, Leigh Plagens and Jim White.
